Jeff Lima

Jeff Lima currently serves as the Regional Director of Revenue Management and Complex Director of Revenue and Distribution at Highgate, overseeing revenue management and reservations for The Newbury Boston and The Verb Hotel since July 2016. With a strong background in hospitality, Jeff has previously held the position of Director of Revenue Management at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, and at the Providence Biltmore, Curio Collection by Hilton. Jeff's expertise includes maximizing hotel revenue through effective inventory and pricing strategies, conducting forecasts, competitive analyses, and fostering team development. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Hospitality Management and an A.S. in Hotel Management from Johnson & Wales University, as well as an A.S. in Travel Management from Bay State College.
