Kevin Lee, CHIA, is a seasoned revenue management professional with extensive experience in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as the Complex Director of Revenue Management at Highgate since November 2023, Kevin has contributed to a notable year-over-year revenue growth of 5.6% in the Orlando market. Previously, Kevin held the position of Area Director of Revenue Management at Real Hospitality Group from August 2019 to November 2023, where responsibilities included establishing revenue strategies for various branded hotels that collectively generated $50 million in top line rooms revenue. Kevin played a pivotal role in transitioning and rebranding multiple properties, enhancing their market presence. Earlier in his career, Kevin served as an Area Revenue Manager and as a Revenue Management Analyst at Hersha Hospitality Management. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from New York University.
