Loudean Marks

Loudean Marks currently serves as the Director of Global Brand Performance at Highgate since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Prior roles include Training Manager at The Tampa Edition and Manager of Operations Delivery/Brand Activation at Marriott International. Loudean has held various management positions at other notable establishments such as Fairfield Inn and Suites and Holiday Inn, contributing significantly to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Saint Mary and an Associate of Applied Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Central Piedmont Community College. Additionally, Loudean serves on the Board of Directors for the KC Hotel Association and held the position of Vice President of the Marriott Business Council.
