Michael Grant

Michael Grant currently serves as the Director of IT Service & Delivery at Highgate since May 2024. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Director of Information Technology at Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor from March 2023 to May 2024. Michael's extensive experience includes serving as the Cluster IT Manager for the Southeast Region at Hilton from January 2018 to March 2023, and as the Cluster IT Manager for the Midwest Region at First Hospitality Group, Inc. from March 2012 to January 2018. Michael began career as an IT Manager at Castlerock Security from August 2007 to March 2012, where significant contributions included managing Active Directory and Exchange environments, developing training programs, and achieving a low employee turnover rate. Educational credentials include training as an Electronics Systems Technician in Information Technology from Lincoln Tech and recent studies at Florida Atlantic University - College of Business in 2020.
