Tracy Derk

Tracy Derk is a seasoned professional in revenue management with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Complex Director of Revenue Management at Highgate, a role held since June 2024, Tracy previously held the title of Regional Director of Revenue Management at PM Hotel Group from October 2023 to June 2024. Tracy has a robust background at Highgate from November 2020 to October 2023, contributing to revenue management strategies for a portfolio of 12 hotels across major brands including Marriott, Hilton, and IHG. Prior experience includes Regional Director of Revenue Management at Hersha Hospitality Management and various roles at Hilton Harrisburg, culminating in a solid foundation in sales and operations.
