Currently serving as the VP of Operations for the Peru Portfolio at Highgate, Victor previously held prominent positions such as SVP of Development & Brand Services at Collective Retreats and VP of Brand Operations for Premium Brands at Choice Hotels International. Victor's expertise includes significant roles at Shangri-La Group, where Victor was EVP of Operations for East China, and at Marriott International as VP of Development, Feasibility, and Asset Management.
