Josh Cales is currently the Director of Customer Success at HighGear, where they have been instrumental in establishing and overseeing the company’s inaugural Customer Success program since 2019. Prior to this role, Josh dedicated 17 years to transforming a startup into a leading e-commerce organization, holding various leadership positions in training, sales, and customer service. They also contributed significantly to marketing, social media, business development, and operations. Josh completed high school at Waynesboro Area Senior High School and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Lee University, having completed 61 credits.
