The leadership team at HighGear has a history of experience in various industries. The team members have worked as a Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations, Senior Software Engineer, and Professional Services Team Lead. They have also been educated at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, Hood College, and Penn State University.
