Russ Robertson

Russ Robertson currently serves as the Director of Brewery Operations at Highland Brewing Company, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Russ held several key positions at The J.M. Smucker Company, culminating in the role of Operations Manager from October 2018 to December 2022. From September 2010 to July 2018, Russ worked at MillerCoors in various capacities, including Unit Manager of Packaging and Sr. Process Leader in Packaging, along with roles in training, safety, and operations. Russ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Western Carolina University, earned from 2006 to 2010.
