Arthur Tokar has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Director of Support Services at Highland District Hospital since May 2010. Prior to this role, Arthur held the position of Director of Materials Management at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital from May 2002 to May 2010. Arthur earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from PennWest California, completing the degree between 1979 and 1983.
