Scott Barrera

Scott Barrera is an experienced engineering leader with a proven track record in the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Highland District Hospital since July 2018, Barrera previously held key positions such as Director of Operations at StandardAero, where responsibility included managing a $30+ million business unit. Early career roles include Engineering Manager at PAS Technologies Inc., Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Ahresty Wilmington Corporation, and various positions at PAS Technologies and Praxair focused on process engineering and operational efficiency. Barrera holds an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from Franklin University.
