Marc Riccio's work experience begins in 1995 when they worked as an Art Director/Manager at Crowe Horwath LLP. Marc coordinated marketing and advertising campaigns for banking and financial services clients and oversaw interfirm branding strategies. In their role, they initiated and developed a comprehensive turn-key marketing program called C2 Direct.

In 2016, Riccio joined Better Life Technology as the Strategic OEM Business Unit Manager for transit, trailer, and modular construction markets. Marc was later promoted to oversee the North American trailer and modular construction business unit. Their responsibilities included managing the international sales channel, forecasting, budgeting, and coordinating with customers and manufacturing.

From 2018 to 2020, Riccio was employed at Blue Bird Corporation. Marc initially served as the Alternative Fuels Sales Manager for Alaska, Northeast, and Canada, specializing in compressed natural gas, electric vehicles, and propane systems. Within six months, they were promoted to become the Great Lakes Regional Sales Manager.

Most recently, Riccio has been with Highland Electric Fleets since 2020. Marc started as the Vice President of Sales, developing a sales strategy for the North American electric vehicle school bus (EVSB) market. Marc then transitioned into the role of Vice President of Business Development, where they are responsible for managing customer engagements and leveraging EVSB's vehicle-to-grid capabilities.
