Darren Cohen

Darren Cohen is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in real estate and admissions management. Currently serving as a Community Sales Counselor at Highland Homes since September 2017, Darren has taken the initiative to market and open the new community of Dove Hollow in Waxahachie. Previously, as a Community Sales Manager at Graham Hart Home Builder from January 2013 to September 2017, Darren successfully managed sales across multiple communities, generating over $40 million in sales. With a strong background in admissions, Darren advanced from Campus Admissions Representative to Director at Universal Technical Institute in less than a year, achieving top ranks in student enrollments. Earlier roles include Regional Director of Admissions at The Connecticut School of Broadcasting, where Darren set a campus enrollment record, and various positions at Clear Channel Radio, where Darren was recognized as "New Seller of the Year."
