Duwayne Carrera has over 15 years of work experience in the sales and operations field. Duwayne started their career as an Operations Manager at ClubCorp, where they were responsible for managing various food and beverage outlets and overseeing a team of 60+ employees. Duwayne then transitioned to David Weekley Homes as a Senior Sales Consultant, where they worked for three years. Duwayne later joined Darling Homes as an Area Sales Manager and Community Sales Manager, handling sales operations and managing a team. Prior to their current role, Duwayne worked at Britton Homes Texas as a Sales representative. Duwayne is currently working as a New Home Sales Counselor at Highland Homes, where they have been employed since 2018.
