Jeff Stinson serves as the Senior Vice President of Land at Highland Homes since 2010, where leadership in land acquisition and development spans multiple major markets including Austin, DFW, Houston, and San Antonio. Prior experience includes a tenure as Managing Director at Synthesis Development, LLC from 2007 to 2010, focusing on real estate development, market analysis, acquisition due diligence, and financial valuations. Stinson's career also includes significant roles at Motorola from 2001 to 2007, culminating as Sr Director of Strategy & Business Development, where responsibilities involved revenue generation and global alliances in the digital music sector, as well as directing portfolio management to optimize investments of approximately $500 million. Stinson holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, a Master of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University, and a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University.
