Rachel Carrillo Phr

Rachel Carrillo, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Rachel is currently the Human Resources Director at Highland Homes, where they lead and supports the HR team in delivering exceptional service. Rachel also ensures that the company's mission and core values are implemented and maintained. Prior to this, Rachel worked as a Human Resources Manager at CBRE, where they provided HR support to around 1,000 employees in multiple states and partnered with senior leadership to develop strategies and mitigate risks. Rachel has also served as a Senior HR Generalist/Recruiter at SRS Real Estate Partners and held administrative and optician roles at different companies earlier in their career.
