Shelly Dolbeer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public relations, creative direction, and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Public Relations at Highland Lakes Water District since September 2024, Shelly oversees communication strategies and community engagement initiatives. As the Creative Director and Business Development Lead at Mulder Consulting, LLC, since July 2023, Shelly leads a cross-functional team in executing visual storytelling and creative strategies. With a background as the Owner/Creative Director of Dolbeer Design, alongside previous roles including Creative Director and Design Manager at Nexant, and Graphic Designer at HFF, Shelly has cultivated a robust skill set in design and marketing across various sectors.
