Ryan Newberry

Ryan Newberry is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Hillcrest Five Group since April 2017, Ryan also contributes as a Substitute Teacher at Highland Park ISD. From June 2018 to June 2022, Ryan held the position of Executive Board Member and President at Children's Cancer Fund. Prior to these roles, Ryan was Chief Financial Officer at Milestone Apartments REIT from June 2013 to May 2017 and served as AVP - Finance at Republic Group Companies from September 2009 to July 2013. Ryan began a career in finance at KPMG, where the role of Senior Manager was held from January 2000 to September 2009. Ryan earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business between 1997 and 1999.
