Courtney Watkins

Courtney Watkins is an experienced professional currently serving as the Assistant Property Manager over Tenant and Employee Relations at Highland Park Village since September 2023. Previously, Courtney held the position of Lead Pastor/Director of Operations and Guest Experience at Gateway Church from January 2015 to September 2023, overseeing a large team and managing various operational aspects to enhance guest experiences for a significant congregation. Earlier experience includes serving as Customer Service and Culture Manager at Ninth Hour from September 2008 to December 2013, where Courtney focused on customer service strategies and fundraising initiatives for a non-profit organization in Brussels, Belgium. Courtney holds a High School Diploma from Shady Grove Christian Academy.
