Jen Topa

Jen Topa is a project manager at HIGHLAND PLANNING. Jen has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. Jen began their career as a sales training manager at ADP in 1997. In 2011, they left ADP to become a marketing consultant for Step By Step Pediatric Therapy Services. Jen developed and implemented a marketing plan to increase patient referrals to the therapy center. In 2016, they left Step By Step to join HIGHLAND PLANNING as a project manager.

Jen Topa is a University of Dayton graduate with a Bachelor of Communications in Communications and Marketing.

Jen Topa reports to Nancy Raca, Director of Engagement. They are on a team with Jeran Herbert - Engagement Associate, Tyra Jones - Engagement Associate.
