Erica Collins, MBA has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Erica is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health since July 2022 and previously served as the Director of Human Resources at the same company from November 2015 to July 2022.

Erica Collins earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga between 2000 and 2002. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Phoenix from 2013 to 2014.
