David Cartner is currently serving as Branch Manager/Settlement Attorney at Highland Title & Escrow. In their previous roles, David was a Managing Attorney at Morris Hardwick Schneider and a Staff Attorney at Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Services. David holds a Doctor of Law degree from Campbell University and a BA in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. David has extensive experience in real estate closing process, foreclosure litigation, and managing legal matters for clients.
