Jamie Manson

Jamie Manson is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in public financial management. Currently serving as Finance Director at Highlands and Islands Airports Ltd since October 2022, Jamie previously held the position of Executive Manager - Finance at Shetland Islands Council from September 2018 to October 2022. Jamie's extensive experience includes serving as Director of Resources for the Ascension Island Government, overseeing approximately 60 staff across various teams, and participating in the Senior Management Team. Additional roles include Finance Advisor and Business Manager at the Department for Communities and Local Government and Asset & Technical Accountant at the Department for Work and Pensions. Jamie holds a Professional Accountancy Qualification from CIPFA and has an educational background from Bangor University and Great Wyrley High School.
