Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Highlands Medical Center is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing the overall management of the facility. This team, comprising the Chief Financial Officer, President, and interim Chief Executive Officer, works collaboratively to ensure financial sustainability, enhance patient care services, and address community healthcare needs, while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence across all entities within the Jackson County Health Care Authority.
