Charles Owens

Charles Owens currently serves as SVP of Business Development at Highlands Residential Mortgage, Ltd., a position held since September 2024. Prior to this, Charles worked as a Business Development Manager at Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. from February 2023 to November 2024, and was involved in pursuing opportunities between September 2022 and March 2023. Charles also held the role of SVP of Retail Production at AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation from May 2022 to September 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Vice President and National Sales Manager at Goldwater Bank, N.A. from January 2016 to May 2022, as well as SVP National Sales Manager for the Retail Division at Weststar Mortgage Corporation from February 2012 to January 2016.
