Steve Brooks

Steve Brooks is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Director at Highlands Senior Living, where oversight of critical systems and enhancing operational efficiency are primary responsibilities. As the owner and chief pilot of Brooks Drone Services, expertise in drone photography and videography is applied to real estate and public interest projects. Prior roles include Principal Consultant at Infosys, where leadership of a global team focused on ServiceNow applications was key, and Program Director at Prodapt Solutions, responsible for the ServiceNow SAMPro module implementation. Additionally, as Practice Head at Tech Mahindra, management of over 90 IT Operations tools was achieved, and as Senior Technical Team Lead at AT&T, the management of call center application support was undertaken. Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
