Ryan Haywood

Ryan Haywood is the Director of Portfolio Development at Highlight, where Ryan leads strategic growth opportunities across the Health and Citizen Solutions segment. As the CEO of HaywoodArcher Consulting, LLC, Ryan provides business development services to small Federal Government contractors. Previously, at TTEC, Ryan served as the Director of Public Sector Capture Management, overseeing the buildout of a Capture Program across Federal Civilian, DoD, and SLG. Prior to that, Ryan worked as a Senior Capture Associate at Le'Fant LLC and as an Account Executive at Proforma Screening Solutions. Ryan holds a BA in English, History, Military Leadership, and National Security Studies from Hampden-Sydney College.
