Ana L.

Ana L. began their career in 1998 as an IT Auditor at Deloitte, reporting to the Head of the Department in Finance, Insurance and Energy Sector companies. In 2000, they joined Ford Credit as Iberia Internal Control Coordinator and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), where they coordinated External Audits, liaised with Group's banks, Group's control team and Regulatory organisms, and led the deployment of policies and procedures. Ana also served as European Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), responsible for the design, implementation and administration of Security and Users (OS400 environment). In 2020, they became Head of IT and Compliance at Highlight Therapeutics SL, where they defined a compliance standard with a SOPs development and set the scope and compliance obligation for the entire organization, as well as implemented a risk culture and established a management procedure. Most recently in 2021, Ana L. joined Universidad Rey Juan Carlos as an Associate Professor.

Ana L. completed a Bachelor's degree in Maths with a major in Computer Science from Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 1993 and 1998. In 2005, they obtained a CISA (IT related standards COBIT and ITIL) from Isaca. In 2007, they received a 6-Sigma Green Belt certification from Ford Motor Company. In 2015, they began studying at Business Continuity Institute. In 2020, they obtained a University Master's degree in training for Secondary and High School teachers in Maths from Universidad CEU San Pablo.
