Samantha R. currently serves as the Group Head of IT Governance Risk and Compliance at OSB Group, a role commenced in May 2024, where responsibilities include ensuring the robustness, security, and compliance of IT, Cyber, and Data systems, as well as advising senior stakeholders on risk posture. Prior to this position, Samantha held various key roles at National Grid from April 2013 to January 2024, including Head of Digital Risk & Compliance, where oversight of the IT and Security 2nd Line Risk Assurance function was maintained, and Head of Technology Services, focusing on operational management of IT services for the UK Business. Additionally, Samantha contributed to finance and business services management through several roles, including BSI Strategic Review Project Lead and BSI Engagement Lead. Educationally, Samantha R. holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The University of Sheffield.
