Fran Greenman-Schmitz has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Fran began their career as a Senior Account Executive at Leo Burnett in 1989. Fran then worked at Netscape Communications Corporation in internet marketing from 1995 to 1997. Fran also worked as a Management Consultant at A.T. Kearney from 1996 to 1999. In 1999, they became the VP of Marketing at Perceptual Robotics, where they worked until 2003. From 2003 to 2015, Fran served as the Brand and Marketing Area Director at American Girl/Mattel. In 2015, they joined Strategy Solutions as the CMO and Lead Marketing Executive. Finally, in 2018, Fran became the Senior Vice President of Brand, Digital, and Strategic Initiatives at Highlights for Children. Fran continues to work in a contracted role, focusing on entertainment initiatives and managing partnerships for the company.

Fran Greenman-Schmitz completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Telecommunications at Indiana University Bloomington. Following this, they pursued an MBA degree at UCLA Anderson School of Management, specializing in Marketing, Strategy, and Entertainment.
