Haley Keating

Haley Keating's work experience includes roles in human resources and talent development. Haley began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Auditor of State - Ohio in 2010 and later became a Human Capital Management Associate. In 2012, they joined EXPRESS as a Human Resources Coordinator and gradually advanced to become a Human Resources Specialist and Senior Human Resources Generalist. In 2017, they joined Highlights for Children as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and eventually took on the roles of Human Resources Business Partner and Director of Human Resources Business Partner. Their most recent position at Highlights for Children is Director of Talent Development, which they started in March 2022.

Haley Keating completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a focus in Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Haley attended the university from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Haley obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in June 2016.
