Doug Giddings

Doug Giddings is an experienced talent and organizational development professional currently serving as the Director of Talent & Organizational Development at Floor & Decor since September 2024. Previously, Doug held key roles at The Coca-Cola Company as Director of Talent Strategy and Succession, and at Korn Ferry as an Associate Principal, where expertise in talent management and succession planning was honed. Doug's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from the University of Minnesota, as well as an MBA from the University of Utah. Additionally, Doug has contributed to higher education as an adjunct instructor at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and engaged in research on talent management at both the University of Minnesota and Google.
