Lauren Lake

Lauren Lake is an accomplished leader in strategic partnerships and social impact, currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Highlights for Children since April 2025. Previously, Lauren founded The Rocket Company, focusing on corporate social responsibility and business development from June 2018 to April 2025. Additionally, Lauren held the role of Vice President of Business Development - Education at Goalsetter, driving financial literacy initiatives with major corporations from December 2023 to November 2024. At Discovery Education, Lauren advanced through various positions from September 2014 to January 2024, including Director of Business Development for Social Impact Partnerships, where strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies were cultivated. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Executive at Discovery Communications, managing significant campaign developments. Lauren Lake holds an MBA in Global Management and a BBA in Marketing and Fine Arts from The George Washington University School of Business.
