Jennifer Abman Scott has extensive experience in fundraising and strategic partnerships, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Events at the Society of Women Engineers since January 2009. In this role, Jennifer leads corporate partnerships, global events, and fundraising initiatives that generate multimillion-dollar annual revenue to support the organization’s mission of empowering women in engineering. Previous roles include Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Director of Fund Development at SWE, and Development Director at buildOn, where Jennifer managed regional fundraising efforts to combat poverty and promote education. Jennifer also worked as a Development Manager at City Year and Reading In Motion, contributing to strategic development plans and donor relations. Educational qualifications include a BA in Political Science from Illinois State University and certifications in Nonprofit Management and Paralegal studies.
