Erica Ladd

Erica Ladd is currently the Director of Operations at Highlights Healthcare - Autism ABA Services. Prior to this role, Erica worked at ABS Kids as an Assessor and Senior Behavior Analyst. Erica also has experience as a Behavior Analyst and Special Education Teacher at the Special School District of St. Louis County. Erica holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education and Teaching from Indiana Wesleyan University.
