Jamilyn Penn

Jamilyn Penn is the interim VP of Student Services at Highline College. Jamilyn has extensive experience in the field of education, having served as a Dean of Instruction and Workforce and Economic Development, as well as an English instructor. Prior to their current position, they were the Director of Transfer Programs for the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges.

Jamilyn Penn's educational career began with a Bachelor of Arts in English from James Madison University. Jamilyn then went on to earn a Master of Arts in English from Radford University. Lastly, they earned a Doctor of Education in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University.

Jamilyn Penn works with Tim Wrye - Executive Director of IT Services & CIO, Emily Lardner - VP for Academic Affairs, and Josh Gerstman - VP for Institutional Advancement.
