Justin Dampeer

Justin Dampeer is a seasoned educator and administrator with extensive experience in higher education and adult learning programs. Currently serving as the Dean of College and Career Readiness at Highline College since February 2020, Justin oversees critical programs such as ELL and ABE, as well as various centers dedicated to student transition and placement. Previous roles include Director of Basic Skills at Green River College, Program Manager at Highline College's Transition Success Center, and ESL Instructor at Hopelink. Justin also possesses a background in test proctoring and instruction from The Princeton Review. Justin holds a Master of Arts in Linguistics from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Mississippi.
