Steve Howard

Steve Howard has extensive experience in education and management, currently serving as the New Student Orientation Coordinator and ELL Instructor at Highline College since 2007. In these roles, Steve has contributed to a pilot program for high school completion for ELL students aged 16-21 and taught English to immigrants and refugees. Steve also has experience as a Project Manager, developing a database management system for the ESL/ABE/GED department, and has worked in assessing ESL students' language skills for appropriate class placements. Prior to his current roles, Steve served as a Manufacturer's Representative at WG Wright and Associates and owned The Drink Bar and Grill, where success was achieved through innovative marketing strategies. Steve holds a BA in History from the University of Washington.
