Steven Simpkins

Steven Simpkins is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in nursing education. Currently serving as Tenured Faculty and Program Director at Highline College since September 2014, Steven has previously held the position of Research/Teaching Assistant at the University of Washington School of Nursing from July 2010 to August 2015. Steven earned a PhD in Nursing Science from the University of Washington, where studies were conducted from 2010 to 2015, and a BSN in Nursing from the same institution from 2008 to 2010. Steven also holds an Associate of Arts degree in Biology from Highline College, earned between 2006 and 2008.
