William Elwell

William Elwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT support, education, and technology management. As the Business Owner at Pro Group Networks since June 2021, William provides IT support for small businesses in the southern Puget Sound and Olympic Peninsula, focusing on configuring and troubleshooting computer and network systems. Concurrently, William serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Highline College, teaching courses in Networking, Cybersecurity, and Digital Forensics since January 2018. Past roles include Owner of Bill's Auto Detailing, North American Channel Manager for Intel Corporation, where significant product launches and promotional campaigns were managed, and various engineering positions at Zenith Data Systems and the Federal Aviation Administration.
