Matt Hayes

Matt Hayes is the Chief Technology Officer at Highline. Matt has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Matt started their career as a Network Engineer at Comdisco Network Services in April 1998. Matt consulted support for Conseco Finance as a WAN/LAN network design engineer and proposed and implemented network design solutions. In September 2000, they joined Cox Communications as the Executive Director - Network Automation and Shared Services. Matt was responsible for automating network processes and developing shared services. Matt left Cox Communications in August 2021 to join Highline as the Chief Technology Officer.

Matt Hayes has a Master's degree in Telecommunications with a focus in interdisciplinary telecommunications and IP routing from the University of Colorado Boulder. Matt also has a Bachelor's degree in General Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Matt Hayes' educational career began at Edina High School.
