Olivia Johnson-Barber

Olivia Johnson-Barber is an experienced Program Manager and Sr. Business Analyst currently at Highline since August 2023. Prior to this role, Olivia spent four years as a Project Manager at Point Broadband, managing internal projects and collaborating with various departments, and as a Business Analyst focused on a large-scale billing platform conversion. Additionally, Olivia has held several positions at Crosstel, Inc. from Project Coordinator to Support Manager and Analyst, where responsibilities included directing project schedules and managing support teams. Earlier career roles include Better Hometown Manager at the Downtown West Point Development Authority and responsibilities in tourism and community marketing at the Greater Valley Area Chamber of Commerce. Olivia also has entrepreneurial experience as a business owner and worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant at IVT/Knology.
