Elisa Swartz

Elisa Swartz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management within the medical and scientific sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Global Strategic Initiatives at Integra LifeSciences since September 2018, Elisa manages critical cross-functional and international programs. Previous roles include Project Manager in the same department, successfully overseeing various projects related to product growth and global business processes. Prior to Integra, Elisa worked at ABL Inc. as a Project Manager, supporting vaccine and therapeutic development. Elisa’s earlier career involved significant contributions at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in both the PreClinical Radiobiology Lab and the Artificial Organs Lab. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Project Management and degrees in Biology and Veterinary Medical Technology from Wilson College and Susquehanna University.
