Dwayne Parker

Dwayne Parker has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations, Strategic Solutions and Delivery at Highmark Health Options since September 2016. Prior roles include Director of Strategic Solutions & Delivery and Director of Medicaid Programs at Highmark Health Options, as well as Director of Provider Relations at Aetna from August 2008 to September 2016. Dwayne's career began at Coventry Health Care, where responsibilities included the role of Manager of Claims from March 1999 to August 2008. Dwayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University, completed in June 2023, and has also pursued education at Delaware Technical Community College.
