Kaitlyn Plantz, MBA, serves as an Operational Performance Analyst at Highmark Health since March 2018, focusing on optimizing and improving operational processes for the thinkUP program while also supporting portfolio management and business management activities. Previous experience includes a role as Project Manager at Allegheny Health Network, where program strategy and execution were managed, alongside responsibilities for status monitoring and stakeholder communication. Prior to that, Kaitlyn was an Ancillary Analyst at UPMC Health Plan, where business requirements were modeled and system enhancements were tested to improve client satisfaction, as well as acting as a Provider Advocate addressing healthcare providers' inquiries. Kaitlyn began a career at Babb, Inc. as a Claims Assistant. Kaitlyn holds an MBA from Point Park University and a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from PennWest California.
