Mary Golas

Mary Golas has significant experience in customer service within the healthcare industry, currently serving as a Senior Markets Customer Service Advocate at Highmark Health since June 2023. In this role, Mary supports Medicare Advantage health insurance plan enrollment, benefits, claims, and appeals, as well as facilitates prior authorizations and organizational determinations.
