Melissa Holmes

Melissa Holmes is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in population health and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce Operations and previously as Director of Operations for Enhanced Community Care Management at Highmark Health since May 2017, Melissa has a proven track record in improving quality, operations, and service delivery through interdisciplinary collaboration. Prior roles include Manager of Clinical Integration and Transitions in Care Coordinator at Jefferson Health, where Melissa established programs to reduce readmission rates and enhance patient satisfaction. In earlier positions at Joseph J. Peters Institute and Devereux Kanner Center, Melissa provided clinical and case management services, contributing to the treatment and support of individuals with behavioral health and social service needs.
