Mike Donahue

Mike Donahue is a seasoned UX professional currently serving as the UX Manager of Design Systems at Highmark Health since October 2022, where Mike leads a team in developing an enterprise-wide design system named Alchemy. Earlier roles include Lead Accessibility Designer focused on healthcare accessibility, Sr. UX Designer at DICK'S Sporting Goods, and Senior UX Architect at Citrix, where Mike emphasized data-driven design and user research. Additionally, Mike is the owner of TalkingUX, a platform for sharing insights on UX as an ideologist, blogger, and speaker. Mike also operates DonahuePhoto, specializing in nature and wildlife photography, and has experience as a graphic/web/UX designer at Jarden Consumer Solutions. Mike holds a Six Sigma Black Belt Training.
