Molly Sinclair

Molly Sinclair, DNP MSN RN, has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Business Operations in Enhanced Community Care Management at Highmark Health since January 2017, where prior roles included Assistant Operations Director and Manager within the same department. Previously, Molly held the position of Manager for the HMS Clinical Team at Highmark Inc. from July 2013 to January 2017 and also worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at Waynesburg University from 2009 to June 2016. Early career experience included the role of Nursing Director at Allegheny General Hospital from June 2007 to July 2013. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Waynesburg University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
