Pankaj Jain is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various industries. Pankaj has held leadership positions at different companies, including Highmark Health, Siemens Industry Inc, GE, Realtime Systems Inc., Rockwell Automation, and Siemens.

At Highmark Health, Pankaj served as the VP of Business Technology & Service Delivery, leading consulting practices and providing subject matter expertise in healthcare business technology and operations. Pankaj also held roles as Senior Director of Partnership, Performance & Innovation Management, Director of Government Markets Business Readiness & Cognitive Technology Enablement, and Senior Program Manager of Government Markets (ACA, Medicare) and the Digital Experience Portfolio. In these roles, they focused on strategic planning, business integration, technology innovation, and cross-functional initiatives.

Prior to their time at Highmark Health, Pankaj worked at Siemens Industry Inc, USA and Canada, where they held the position of Senior Manager of Global Program Management and Product Development. Pankaj was recognized for their contributions to enterprise effectiveness programs and received awards for business innovation and financial strategy.

At GE, Pankaj served as the Global Manager of New Product Introduction, where they led a global team and implemented PMO methodology and 6-Sigma discipline. Pankaj also played a key role in establishing compliance standards and requirements management systems.

During their tenure at Realtime Systems Inc., Pankaj served as the Global Manager of the Program Management Office, where they established PMO processes and program management standards. Pankaj also led the reorganization of the company's portfolio and structure to better meet the needs of vertical markets.

Before that, Pankaj worked at Rockwell Automation, where they held the position of P&L Leader and Business Manager in the Automation & Controls Industry. Pankaj received recognition for outstanding customer relationship and innovative business solutions.

Pankaj began their career at Siemens as a Project Engineer in the Automation & Controls Industry, where they gained experience in project engineering, management, and PLC & Drive Systems Applications.

Pankaj Jain has an extensive education history. Pankaj completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Netaji Subhas University of Technology - University of Delhi in 1992. Following this, they pursued an MBA in International Business and Operations Management from the Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi, graduating in 2000.

In 2007, Pankaj obtained a certificate from the Center for Creative Leadership - The Niagara Institute, specializing in the Executive Leadership Development Program. Pankaj further enhanced their education in 2008, earning a Master's Certificate in Innovation Management from the Schulich School of Business - York University.

In more recent years, from 2018 to 2021, Pankaj enrolled in the Executive Doctoral Program in Health Leadership at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Pankaj focused their studies on Health and Healthcare.

Additionally, Pankaj holds several certifications. In 2002, they obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from Professional Engineers Ontario. The same year, they also achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
